Nice little entry level tractor in a ready to use state.

1964 International McCormick 414 complete with original south Wales number, and only 3 previous owners!

Mechanically in good order, the tractor has been fitted with a new set of glow plugs and an upgraded system over the original. The tractor starts perfectly after a bit of heat, and settles down almost instantly to a smooth tick over. There is no breathing.

Clutch is smooth and pleasant to use, allowing all gears to select nicely.

Brakes work well and the handbrake functions but I think needs a bit of adjustment.

Linkage works, with switch over valve to trailer tip pipe

PTO functions, isn’t a live drive one

Steering good, little bit of play in axle

Body work wise, the tractor is very complete and original. Bonnet had loads of original paint and is pleasing to the eye, It really has stood the test of time well, there is a bit of rust in the usual places on the wings, on the seams. foot plates solid. Seat needs a cushion !

V5 present, lovely low cost tractor that is ready to be enjoyed.
