Zetor 3511 tractor (1968-1972)

its actually better than it looks! Bought as a potential restoration machine, but have plenty on, so will offer as is. Physically pretty similar size to 135 I’d say but with slightly longer bonnet

39hp three cylinder starts without hesitation and runs very well, I dare say it would benefit from a good service and fuel change, but it actually runs nicely. no breathing and once warmed up it runs very cleanly, the engine seems really good and is running in nearly all the pictures. Clean dry engine.

5 forwards and one reverse gear are doubled by the high low box, all select fine via the dash change, the clutch bite feels right and the tractor runs without any nasty noises 

Foot brakes work, might need a bit of adjustment as one side is stronger than the other, but pull her up strongly 

Has 540 / 1000 / and I believe a ground speed PTO which are working 

Linkage is operational 

Wheels are sound, few dents but no serious rot, rear tyres are old and perished but hold air, fronts are fresher. 

Bit of play in the front axle as you’d expect, but seen worse and steering is OK

Loader brackets fitted – no loader present 

Tin work has really seen its best days, as you can see in the pics 

Ideal restoration project for someone who wants to be different, or someone looking for a little work horse, saw bench operator etc who isn’t concerned by looks !
